Bill O’Neill has made fairness a cornerstone of his career. After having served as a judge, his most recent profession as a nurse has given him vital insight and experience into the health care issues that affect our community. Bill O’Neill’s nontraditional role as a widowed father of four children including an adopted son have taught him the value of family based in love, regardless of societal norms.
