Russ Pry’s extensive experience and demonstrated loyalty to the Democratic Party makes him a vastly superior candidate for Summit County Executive. Russ, while Chair of the Summit County Democratic Party, was instrumental in initiating the creation of the Stonewall Democrats of Summit County. In less than a year as Summit County Executive, his long list of accomplishments includes bringing parties together to build a new Veterans Commission building, reaching an agreement with the Summit County Agricultural Society to operate the County Fairgrounds, bringing all parties together to pass the Summit County Childrens Services Levy, establishing the Summit County Economic Development Task Force, and brokering the agreement to keep Goodyear’s headquarters in Akron .
